How to add archive Drop down menu in blogger

Drop down menu for blogger in the archive

This menu doesn't do anything here, of course, but on a real blog, selecting any of the options would automatically take you to the archive page for that month.

To do this on your blog, you'll just replace the default archive code with the following:

"document.location.href=this.options[this.selectedIndex].value;">

"><$BlogArchiveName$>




The first option, "- Archives -", is just a label that doesn't do anything. You can change this to whatever text you want. When you're done, save your changes and republish. That's all there is to it!
